We offer Gift Cards in any denomination. Gift Cards are like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards may be used to purchase product. Gift Cards must be presented at time of service. Gift Cards may not be used for gratuities.

Our staff prides itself in working together as a team. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and satisfied. If you feel another member of our staff may better suit your needs, we encourage you to try them.
Your Spa appointment of $50.00 or more will be secured with a major credit card. All new clients must secure first appointments with a major credit card.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your spa appointment. Our staff tries very hard to stay on time. Late arrival will limit the time for your treatment and pleasure. Your appointment will end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If more then 10 minutes late our service may need to be rescheduled.
Out of courtesy for our staff and other clients, kindly give at least 48 hours advanced notice for all cancellations or 100% of your scheduled service will be charged. This charge is to compensate our talented staff who rely on a busy schedule. This policy helps us to retain great employees.
So that you and other clients can truly relax, we respectfully ask that you please keep cell phones and pagers turned off or on silent mode only while visiting.
We love children too! We kindly ask that children not accompany adults to their services. We do welcome children for their own appointments. For their safety and the safety of others we ask that children not be left unattended.
The Tranquility Staff graciously accepts cash gratuities. For your convenience, small envelopes are available at the reception desk. Traditional gratuities are between 18 & 20%.
Payment is requested at time of service. We accept personal checks from established cleints only. Cash, Master Card. Visa & Discover are accepted. Sorry, No cash refunds. All sales are final including gift cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.
